Kitchen
For this kitchen l had to remove the old worktops and units along with the wall tiles and floor covering and strip the flaking paintwork. New power points were added, dividing glass wall removed and replaced with stud wall and sliding door. Walls and ceiling were painted. New flooring laid and plumbing added for sink and washing machine. I fitted the units and tiled the walls, along with adding a cooker extraction hood and under unit lights. The worktops were fitted by a carpenter.

Garden
For this garden the old patio was lifted, a drain was added underneath an outside tap and the ground levelled prior to a new patio being laid. A step was added and the 2 manhole covers were lifted level with the patio. The rest of the garden was levelled, a broken fence post replaced and a path was laid. Astro turf was then laid and stones added to the edging.
Bathroom 1
For this particular job l removed the old bath suit and wall tiles, along with the boarding around the soil stack. The walls were in poor state where dampness had penetrated, unfortunately l could not remove the plasterboard entirely as the stud walls were of steel construction, and very flimsy. I strengthened the walls by adding a layer of plaster board.
I then built a frame for the soil stack and the end of the bath. The room was then tiled, plumbed and a shaver point added. The floor was sound, l just needed to replace the four tiles under the toilet, fortunately the customer had kept some spare tiles.
The bath, shower, sink and toilet were fitted along with a new extractor fan and radiator.
Bathroom 2

The room was then tiled, plumbed and a shower point added. The floor tiles were removed and replaced with cushion floor.
The bath, shower, sink and toilet were fitted along with a new extractor fan.
